An itinerary through five evocative locations to discover artist Pina Inferrera’s sensitivity towards nature. An exploration that is comprised of studying the reality that surrounds us, from the observation of nature, the environment and man, to the analysis of what has been observed. A pantheistic view that envisions man as an intrinsic part of nature, and spirituality as a direct knowledge and experience of the universe.

Pina Inferrera

For a study that deepens the knowledge, the artist use photography, to indicate and emphasise without losing the poetry of that which is seen. Other means of expression that she uses are videography and installations. Using industrial waste she has realised site-specific installations of imposing proportions that have re-created their particular spaces.

The artist uses innovative materials which, in the 80’s, she defined as "Nature created by man". Technologically avant-garde companies that are art-sensitive collaborate to provide her with these materials.
Her interest in the art of photography is aimed at scrutinising man in his environment; her pictures range from the real to the surreal, within an uncontaminated nature wherein special uses of light suggest a spiritual space, bringing into focus environmental problems.
