MINDFULNESS WITH GIONATA AGLIATI
Our mind is deeply reticent to any form of change, especially when this happens in a drastic and unpredictable way. This is the case of the period we are facing, full of questions without immediate and exhaustive answers, of more or less well-founded concerns, of a widespread feeling of anxiety.
It seems as if we are forced to live in a "meantime". But this is also a time. We are alive, now. And this time has different qualities - certainly new ones.
MINDFULNESS is a valuable tool of active practices and meditations to develop the ability to be and observe things as they are (we like them or not, it doesn't matter), with intention, in the present moment and without judgment.
In this way, we stop counteracting reality (generating stress, anger, negativity, discontent, unproductive communication) and start welcoming it.
"Meditation is not an escape, but the serene and relaxed encounter with reality in its present" - Thich Nath Hahn.
